Welcome to the SOWL website which allows you (i) to become acquainted with our offer and our products, (ii) to make any observations to us about them and (iii) to place orders online.  

By accessing and/or using this website (hereinafter “the Site”), you agree to abide by and be bound by the general terms and conditions of use set out below, as well as any other terms and regulations that appear on the Site. Use of the Site, and a fortiori your prior, mandatory registration in order to place orders online, confirm, as far as necessary, your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms of use. These conditions may be subject to change and we invite you to check their content regularly to be aware of any changes. Unless otherwise indicated, these changes will in principle be effective from the moment of their publication on the Site.

SOWL cannot therefore be held responsible for any misprint or for any other fault or defect related to the content of the Site.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions to the contrary which may apply if you are a consumer, SOWL cannot ever be held liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from access to this Site and/or its use or content, such as, but not limited to, loss of data for any reason whatsoever, even if SOWL has been advised of the possibility of this kind of damage occurring.

SOWL shall not be liable for any damages that may result from serious misconduct on its part. General terms and conditions for the use of the Site. You hereby agree not to collect or gather any personal data about any other user of the Site or any associated services, without having obtained this user’s prior consent. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to download or reuse substantial parts of the Site, or to download or reuse systematically or regularly any less substantial parts. It is also prohibited to disseminate viruses or any other technology that may affect adversely the proper functioning of this Site and the interests of other users.

Particular conditions relating to the services offered on the Site. Only users who have registered correctly on the Site will be able to proceed to order the products or services on the Site according to the available modalities that they have chosen while placing the order. For these, reference shall be made to the general terms and conditions of sale.

If you are a consumer, since this is a matter of the supply of goods and/or services made to your specifications, you hereby acknowledge and agree that, once the order is placed, no right of retraction is possible, in accordance with Article 16(d) of European Directive 2011/83/EU of 25 October 2011 on the rights of consumers and Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.

Operation of this Website. Despite all the means implemented by SOWL to ensure the best possible functioning of this Site, SOWL cannot give any guarantee concerning the access, content, availability and good functioning of this Site and cannot be held for responsible for any action or inaction on the part of other users, any interruption of availability or defect in the operation of the Site, particularly in terms of its security, whatever the cause, because this may derive in particular from many factors that SOWL cannot control.

Moreover, at any time and without any reason, SOWL shall have the right to stop making this Site available, either temporarily or permanently.

In the event of any dispute relating to electronic communications affecting the use of this Site (such as entering into communication with this Site etc.), SOWL's technical data shall have greater probative value.

This Site and its content, including but not limited to the products (whether personalised or otherwise), texts, graphics, images, videos, sounds, logos and icons, are protected by copyright and/or other intellectual property rights (trademarks, databases etc.) and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, used, adapted and/or translated, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of SOWL and/or the rights holder concerned. Any use contrary to these conditions is hereby expressly prohibited.

Hyperlinks to third parties’ websites. Web areas outside the domain of the address https://www.sowl.server1.indev.be and in particular the websites to which users can be redirected by means of hypertext links are not controlled by SOWL and SOWL cannot be held responsible for any illegal content present on these websites or for hyperlinks to other websites. The presence of a hyperlink to the websites of third parties on this Site shall not imply any endorsement or guarantee of quality by SOWL.

Respect for privacy. Personal information that you provide to SOWL, including when you register as a user of the Site, is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes without your prior consent. This information is used only within the framework established by the European General Data Protection Regulation and by the Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data. In addition, this information is stored and processed on servers located in Europe, for which SOWL ensures access is secured in the best possible way, both physically and technologically. You are requested not to use the services of SOWL and the Site if you do not agree with the European General Data Protection Regulation and the above-mentioned Law of 30 July 2018.

Applicable law and jurisdiction. This Site, its exploitation and its use are governed solely by Belgian law, except for rules relating to the conflicts of laws. Unless otherwise required by law, the French language courts of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to access to and/or use of this Site.
